In keeping with our school motto of Learn to Love, Love to Learn we believe that pastoral care is an essential foundation for all our school community to enable them to be the best they can be.  This is why we have a Pastoral Care Coordinator who works with families and external agencies to provide support for those who are vulnerable.

Each class participates in the Moodtracker app each morning which is a daily check in to assess how are children are feeling each day.  As well as our Sensory Room for those with sensory needs we have a Nurture Room specifically set aside as a comfortable space children can go to should they need to talk with an adult.

KIPS partners with ImagineIF to provide specialist counselling services when required.

Our school Safeguarding Team meet on a regular basis to discuss the needs within our school community and how we can best support them.
