Educational trips, residential visits and visitors to the school form an integral part of the curriculum. Parents, friends, relations and the community in general are invited to attend several school events, e.g. Sports Day and the annual Christmas Concert in which all pupils are involved.

Kircubbin Integrated Primary School considers that the extra curricular activities it offers add a valuable dimension to the child's education. There have been a variety of clubs offered by qualified coaches and local secondary schools. These have included Rugby, Athletics and Gaelic Football.
